seriouseats.com -- The cobbler, just out of the oven and served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, was by far the best dessert I've had this summer. The sweet peaches paired beautifully with the warm spices but still held on to a bit of tang, and the crust held its own even when met with melting ice cream.
